Don’t use PS Print for your printing needs friends. After spending over $300 to print and mail 772 time-sensitive postcards, I discovered weeks later many of my recipients didn’t receive the postcard at all. Numerous phone calls later, I find out PS Print didn’t think it prudent or necessary to contact me when (according to PS Print) over a third… of my address list contained errors. Had I been given the opportunity to address these issues, the recipients could have still gotten the postcards on time. For PS Print, clearly profit matters more than customer service.

These guys ripped me off for hundreds of dollars. I paid in advance for services while there was a sale. There was nothing that said that it had to be used in a certain amount of time. I got very ill and spent almost a year in the hospital. When I finally went to use my prepurchased service I was told and that it was expired!!! $600 and nothing to show for it. Wouldn't you think a refund would be in order since I never recieved ANY sort of service from these people???

What an incredible waste of money. ordered bumper stickers. part of my graphic wasn't on the sticker and the the print resolution is fuzzy. i'm baffled that they would print stickers that look so bad and put them in a box to send to me. when i called to complain, i was given no resolution. take your business elsewhere.

We called to ask about different paper sizes and pricing. The representative couldn’t answer our question on the paper sizes and told me to email me someone else and I would receive a response in 72 hours. She referred us to the website for all pricing. With that type of customer service they won’t be getting my business.

Since our first order was time sensitive, we were told to go ahead and place it before they had a chance to review our reseller application. We were told that if our Reseller license checked out and was legit, they would retroactively apply the reseller discount.
Well... it's been almost 4 months and no one will return calls or emails. I highly recommend staying away from this company

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! I have been calling over a week about the status of my job. I approved the proof , however they still can't seem to figure out why there is no status movement on my job. Now we are past the guaranteed delivery date and no one there seems to have a clue. Oh , and service seems to have no way to communicate with production effectively. The online system is clearly ineffective as well. Throw out all of your systems and upgrade ASAP !!!!

Surprised to see such bad reviews for PS. I have been using them for business cards for a couple of years now and have always been happy with the quality and speed of production. They have great sales on their website frequently as well that make them much cheaper then others. I will continue to use them for my printing needs.

We have used PsPrint in the past with satisfaction. However, our most recent experience has been frustrating. We ordered a booklet with an expected delivery date well before the event it supported. We placed the order and uploaded art on 11/20. We received an email time stamped 5:15 pm on Friday, 11/25 indicating there was something wrong with the art. By the time we received the email, PsPrint's offices were closed for the weekend. I approved the printing, thinking that it would allow PsPrint to work on it over the weekend, also, wanting to make sure we got the book on time. I added a note to

I have used PS Print many times and I have always been very happy with the quality of the work. I have never had an order arrive late. Their business cards are the standard size, unlike many online print shops who print them smaller. I also like the convenience of picking up the finished work - it saves money on shipping. It's worth it to sign up for their email list so you know when offer discounts on different products.

They printed my double sided post cards exactly the way I designed and spec'd it in Adobe Illustrator. Im extremely satisfied and glad I found them online. My 3'x6' banner also came out perfect. The price was low too. Order processed sooner and the will call was convenient. Staff were very friendly!
