Trent and his whole team were so professional and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service! They have great products to choose from including custom (it DOES take longer to arrive...duh) and stock cabinets (which are still awesome and have multiple beautiful options). Even the stock cabinets/drawers come with easy close, 6 way adjustable hinges (standard... usually that costs more to add but it comes with it!), LIFETIME TRANSFERABLE WARRANTY), roll out trays, tray dividers, spice racks, utensil dividers, trash pull outs... the works. We stopped into the Phoenix AZ location and spoke with the manager OC and he was helpful and we scheduled a measuring for new cabinets, we were contacted by Ben with All Pro and scheduled an appointment for 9:00 AM on a Monday, when it got to be 9:30 AM and no one showed up and no one called I contacted Ben and had no excuse for not showing up so I told him not to even bother, I then contacted OC the manager at the Phoenix AZ location and he said he would get us a refund of our charges and to this day he has never done this, he is NOT A MAN OF HIS WORD!! Stay far away from this place, I even contacted

Very nice service. Trent design the kitchen for me is so beautiful and the price and quality are the way better than others! The real wood with pretty color that's very strong! people are so friendly here, and know the city code well. I love this store! The best ever!

We are general contractors remodeling our own home and went to Cabinets To Go for an initial consult and was sold immediately. I started the process with Mario who assisted in every possible way he could in configuring the right cabinets given my design desires. And my purchase was sizable- roughly $18,000.00. When the state instituted the retail restrictions in response to Covid-19, Mario was furloughed with a number of other employees leaving a skeleton crew to accommodate all existing and new customers seeking assistance. It seems my feedback for Cabinets To Go is similar to many others. The process started off great, but steadily took a decline in customer care as the experience went on. Our kitchen had a flood due to a burst pipe. We sought out the assistance from Cabinets To Go to drafted a cabinet layout based on measurements we provided and we disclosed we would be reusing the granite counter tops since they were not damaged. They insisted we get the Pro Measure for $99. So we did. Brian Pena from Cabinets To Go in the Phoenix office called and said the measurements from the Pro Measure were the same as the

My review has 4 parts: 1) Danny Larabee, manager at the Commerce store-5 stars; 2) cabinets-4 stars; 3) counters-4 stars; 4) flooring-5 stars. Overall a solid 4.5 stars.
1) Danny was so helpful with designing our kitchen! We went to the store to start pricing cabinets out 2 weeks before we had closed on our house, which was during a sale weekend. He did our preliminary design with the rough measurements we had on this visit. After closing and making several changes to cabinet sizes/placement because our measurements were off, he honored the sale price from our original visit on our full order

They have a problem with quality control and damage when shipping the cabinets. Cabinet pieces keep arriving damaged. Then you re-order the piece and it arrives damaged again. One piece was re-ordered 3 times and it took almost a month to get the re-placement each time. I ordered the cabinets in March and it is now July and I just received the final replacement pieces. I could go on and on with the issues we have had with this company.

Stay away from this place at all costs. I went with them thinking I was dealing with a reputable company and that I would have a smooth transaction and a kitchen in a timely manner. Boy was I wrong! I hired them to measure my kitchen and paid them their $89 fee. They sent a person by the name of Robert out to measure. He took the measurements and sent them to Lisa at the store. Lisa sat down with me and designed our kitchen according to the measurements. We paid Cabinets to Go to install our kitchen. When their installers came, they realized our kitchens measurements were incorrect. As a result

HORRIBLE. I stopped in tried to get some information on cabinets. I wanted to understand what the materials were in the cabinets how its stacked up against a Home Depot cabinet etc. Just basically asking common sense questions. I personally dont know anything about cabinets Im trying to learn. The guy in the back right who was helping me was extremely aggressive on every question I asked kept saying I dont know this is just the way we do it. Umm ok buddy. If u dont I dont know either Im the customer. At the end he made a sacrastic comment and after an akward silence I just walked out. Stay away

They are the worst! I placed an order for 2 kitchens in May, because of their mess-up, I didn't get my cabinets until mid July (2 wks I was told it takes). When we finally got our order, some of the cabinets were damaged and I'm still having issues with them getting me my replacements. According to the guy at the Commerce store, it's out of his hands. But they sure took my money. They are horrible, say they call and they don't, you have to keep calling them!!! Wish I would have gone somewhere else. They don't even deserve one Star!!!

Like many people at some point in time it's time to make some upgrades. For us, it was time to do the kitchen. A huge expense as doing the kitchen meant doing the living room, hallway, and spare bathroom. Cabinets to Go was amazing I worked primarily with Bryan Pena who went out of his way to make this remodel process as easy as possible. Cabinets to Go has a nice variety of cabinets and we fell in love with the Victorian Ivory. Not only was Bryan amazing but the whole staff. I purchased cabinets for the first time from Cabinets To Go for a flip property that I was renovating. I must say, I really like the quality, look & price! Brian, my sales guy was able to create a layout for me based on my measurements & give me a price right away. When the cabinets arrived, there was a small issue with the size of one Cabinet but the management staff was able to rectify the issue fairly quickly. My flip property is now on the market & everyone loves the kitchen! I'll be back for my next project for sure. Thanks Cabinets To Go!

BUYER BEWARE‼️ I am thoroughly dissatisfied with cabinets to go. The one star is for Adrian at the commerce store. My husband and I purchased cabinets and countertops from the Commerce, CA location of Cabinets to go. Adrian was the salesperson. He was very nice and professional, that's where it ended. The measurements did not end up being what I initially asked for. The cabinets ended up being short. When I inquired about purchasing an additional cabinet the price for one cabinet was over $500!!! Ridiculous!!! The cabinets arrived damaged, five times!!! Totally unacceptable.

I just went into the store to ask questions about cabinets for an upcoming remodel. The question I am left with is: what did I do to make the salesman go back to his desk and make me come to him with any question I had? I was also told to "find it online" when I asked about sizes. Not very helpful. But the cabinets look good.

I just moved in to a new apartment with my roommates and the previous tenants absolutely destroyed the cabinets. Needless to say, we needed cabinets fast. We called Cabinets To Go to get new ones installed and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They had new, awesome-looking cabinets installed within the week and we couldn't have been happier with the quality. I would recommend for anyone in the the market for new cabinets.

Our original contractor promised us our cabinets in time for an event we were having. The company he was getting them from told us 2 weeks before delivery that they wouldn't be able to make it on time. We were out of options- I am so glad we found Cabinets To Go. They are quality, fast and their service was terrific. Definitely reccomend
