We have been shopping for a camper and found what we wanted. Wes was great, very friendly and helpful. While doing the paperwork to purchase the camper, Welcome Back RV asked for a $500 deposit to "hold" the camper. After much hesitation I put this deposit on my credit card. We decided against the purchase of the camper and requested a refund, and were told the refund was processed on May 18th, and that it would take about 3 days to get the refund. By May 26th, still no refund. I was assured that the refund was processed, then a few minutes later, was told it wasn't processed

I have used these folks a couple times for service, and most recently did so this week - I ordered an additional AC.
Brandy in parts is charming and wonderful to work with. The new equipment arrived on time as promised.
On to installation. My install was complex, I was concerned about the details and discussed the same with Craig, service manager at Welcome Back.

Everything was good at first, until we get the call the next day saying that the owner and workers didn't want us to pull the travel trailer. That our vehicle was to small that a semi rig passing us on the road would make us get in a accident and would lead to death. Said we needed a half ton or more vehicle to pull that travel trailer, and we could only pull a pop up camper. Wanted us to sign a waiver if we wanted to go through with purchase. Decided to not go through with it and went somewhere else. Now we are happy because we still purchased the same TT but from another dealership and have

We purchased a used 2009 Heartland Bighorn and it was immaculate from top to bottom, end to end! The service department did a wonderful walk-through and instructed us on every detail of the 5th wheel. Our salesperson, John, was extremely knowledgeable and walked us through the purchase process with no hassle. Easiest purchase we have ever made and they even provided us with a gentleman that hauled the RV to our location in Crockett, TX. What began as a 5th wheel hitch installation and talking with the owner about needs and concerns, it was evident that I was in the right place. This led us talking with Wes (sales) about 5th wheel trailers and looking through some on the lot. Hats off to Wes for taking the time to play with our 2 year old and her now having a new friend as we looked at trailers. Wes Is very knowledgeable and helpful. The walk through of our new trailer was terrific. Attention to details and and making sure that we were satisfied before driving off. Great people and service at Welcome Back!

The folks at this family run business are awesome! Friendly, knowledgeable and above all else- honest and trustworthy! They contacted me after my purchase to answer any questions I might have and assist with any issues. They also recommended a great transport person as the hitch weight was higher than my van could take. If I ever buy another RV, Welcome Back RV is where I will return. I want to personally thank the Owner and Employee who helped my husband on Thursday Evening July 3rd by staying late to help us out. We arrived at the lake and needed a longer Electrical Cord for our RV - Please shop / use this RV Outlet Dealer as they rose above and beyond on a holiday evening - I sure did appreciate having Air Conditioning / Lights / Cold Refrigerator that weekend and I am so impressed by their dedication.
