Using high pressure can push water underneath your siding causing damage. The soft wash system uses low pressure water mixed with detergents to clean your home and remove mold. True story... our house was for sale, and there had been several showings before Jeremy came and cleaned the exterior. The day after he cleaned it, we had another showing, and they made an offer the same day! Coincidence? I guess I can’t say for sure, BUT, I wouldn’t be surprised if the looks-like-new exterior had something to do with it! Great people, excellent results. We highly recommend Green Stream!
