I picked my glasses up less than a month ago and they are sitting on my desk in three pieces after having them remade twice, I was trying to put one screw in the lens and the other one fell out. Very poor customer service from the front people to the Dr . I know other people that were not treated well, plus heard the front people try to convince them they could see when they probably couldn't . They don't listen.
