We purchased a spec house build by M&C in 2015. We had just moved to town and had to choose from what was for sale in January, which wasn't much. This house really stood out for its craftsmanship and floor plan (quail hollow). Four years later, we love it more every day. While many of our neighbors' new homes have had multiple issues, (and poor resolution) we had only one, with the kitchen tile settling, and it was quickly resolved. If we were to do a custom build we would certainly work with this team again. Thanks for our great home here in North Liberty.
