Services
Keri Laman graduated from Boston University with a degree in hotel and restaurant administration in 1990. Over the next ten years, she earned her stripes in some of the most prestigious restaurants and hotels in Boston and Cambridge, Massachusetts. She has said that she was lucky to have great bosses who were tough and pushed her hard.
We appreciate your off premise catering order for groups of 25 guests or larger. We can accommodate smaller groups through our cafes (Waterworks Caf, Unity Caf and Bayona Caf). We carry a full liquor license with the State of NH, and offer a variety of bar styles to fit your needs. Tidewater Companies proudly operates three retails cafs in Manchester brought together by the same quality, innovativeness, and hospitality we are known for.
When planning your event, it is best to put your date on hold as early as possible. For peak- season weekend and holiday events, we will hold your date as a courtesy for 10 business days. When menus and details are decided, an Event Order Proposal will be generated by our Catering Office. This Event Order will serve as your contract and outlines your remaining payment responsibilities.
You'll benefit from the expertise of our event coordination and catering team who will help elevate your function to new heights. Our executive chefs, event coordinators, and event designers will assist you with all your selections to match your tastes and budget. We'll work with you to plan your menu, coordinate the logistics, and turn your ideas into the ultimate event.

Tidewater catered a milestone birthday celebration at our home. We went with an all Hors d'Oeuvres menu that was delivered, not served. It was a huge success. the food was really excellent. Keri Laman was a pleasure to work with and I would engage their services again. Thanks for helping to make it such a special event.

We used Tidewater catering for our daughters wedding. The food was amazing from the unique appetizers to the outrageous cupcakes and everything in between!! Our guests raved about the dinner. But probably what really sets them apart is their professionalism. They just arrived took over and made it effortless. Every detail had been taken care of they were very friendly and professional and willing to do whatever was needed to make our day special. Keri is an absolute gem. She goes with the flow was willing to make constant changes and was encouraging and so helpful in guiding me through this process

Beyond catering, Tidewater Catering operates several cafes in Manchester: Bayona Cafe, Waterworks Cafe, Riverside Room, Unity Cafe and several other locations, such as the cafeteria at Manchester Community… College. Within their chain of companies, they expect their hourly staff to work for free. If they refuse, they fire the employee. I will never return to one of their businesses. This place should be boycotted. If you go here, you're supporting slave labor.

They just catered my wedding and the food was amazing. I told them my budget and what I would like and they were able to come up with a great buffet choice. We had my sisters bridal shower in the function room (River room) this weekend. I cannot say enough about how perfect everything was. Keri was amazing throughout the entire process of planning and customizing dishes (i.e. gluten free food options as well as gluten free/diary free) and was patient with all of my questions. When it came to the big… day, it all went great. The food and mimosa's were amazing, and Keri's fluidity throughout the morning helped me to relax. I would certainly use the River Room and TideWater catering again, and would recommend them to anyone looking! This company

I just used Tidewater for an event and was extremely impressed. The service and food were impeccable. Also the desserts (cupcakes) were a huge hit and offered some interesting flavor combinations. My husband and I used Tidewater Catering for our wedding. Keri is so nice and accommodating. I have a gluten allergy and my husband is vegan, and they were so wonderful about suggesting food that we could eat and modifying recipes to make them fit to exactly what we wanted. Keri has a lot of industry knowledge, and she is extremely easy to work with. In particular, Keri was able to suggest some things about the set up that we hadn't thought of.
