We had an amazing experience with Thoroughbred Limo. Sam, our party bus driver, was incredibly prompt and flexible. He truly made our family's bourbon trail trip to Bardstown from Lexington extra special. Online booking and modifying the reservation was really easy and JB was very helpful with that. The limo was perfect - clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the standard limo tech. Would 100% recommend this service and would use again for our next trip!

This is my first one star review. I usually try to avoid giving poor reviews, but in this case I believe it is necessary. Very horrible service. Believed I was booking a horse farm tour and bourbon tour after requesting this and sending back an email stating I was looking forward to the tour, and never was told otherwise until the driver already had picked us up and told us no tours were booked for the day. Spoke to JB in the office who was rude and then told the driver, without my knowledge, to take my group home.

I went online to book a car for our wedding next May. I selected the date and time, and it gave me a list of available vehicles and prices. I chose my vehicle and entered my payment info. Half an hour later they sent me an email saying the vehicle was unavailable. No reason why, just that I could call them. They didn't offer any other car. They didn't tell me it was unavailable online. I guess they want my payment info and email without actually giving me anything in return.

I was very pleased with my entire experience...from scheduling to billing to the limo, itself. Our driver, Wayne, was awesome! I rented the limo for my daughter’s prom and he took such good care of our teens. I highly recommend Thoroughbred limousines and will use this company again. Also, Wayne was just a top notch professional driver.

My entire experience with Thoroughbred was terrific. At the last minute, I was able to reserve a limo for my daughter and her friends for prom. The limo exceeded our expectations and the price was exactly as discussed so I was pleased. Wayne took excellent care of our teenagers and they loved Wayne. I felt secure knowing the group was in good hands on prom night.

Extremely unprofessional company. Called to book but the phone number refers you to their online booking website. Went to website and books. After not hearing from them for a month I email the company and receive a phone call. Was informed that my request “fell” through the cracks because they were not checking the website and they can not fill the… request without charging me more. The person on the phone informed me that my date requested is a special rate and I could just pay more to continue with my rental. No where on the website does it state Saturday’s in May require

I reserved a 13 person limousine sprinter bus to take my husband and his friends around the bourbon trail for his birthday. I called a few transportation companies to compare prices. This is the BEST company to work with for renting limos or party buses! I use them twice a year and they are friendly, efficient, and their drivers ROCK! We had Wayne as a driver this time and he really added to our fun. Their vehicles are clean and luxurious. Extremely disappointed in the service we received, and the customer service we received following. We booked the Wine Tour South Trail as described on their website under "Services" tab. I spoke to a woman from the company two times and she asked both times which winery tour I was interested in. "Winery Tour" was even listed on our contract. The tour started out fine. We hired Thoroughbred for a day of whiskey distillery touring and had a great time. Our driver Silvio was extremely prompt, courteous, and a good driver. We were able to fit in four distillery in a day, even with a stop for lunch. Our really enjoyed the fact that everyone could sample the whiskey at each location without worrying about driving in between. Highly recommend!
