The sheet metal department split off in the 70's and Luciani Pump expanded the business to include not only pumps but underground, commercial and residential plumbing.In 1983 Bob Plum purchased the business from Bill Palmer and now specialize in domestic and commercial water system design and maintenance.

After working with other companies and people I am so glad to have found Luciani Pump several years ago. We have a large property with office and residence. Luciani is so good about tending to our needs promptly and without hesitation. The person in the office is friendly and upbeat and she always sees to getting someone out to see us. I wish more companies shared these qualities. Great Job!

At this point worst experience I've had with a well pump company! Mainly because of Bob the owner was extremely rude and very unprofessional when I had a concern about getting a bill that should have been covered under a part warranty. I was told by Christy over the phone and then staller when he came out that if the well was shutting off because of the control module that they just installed a couple months prior it would be covered by warranty. But Bob got on the phone and in a extremely rude manner and asked what do you want me to do about it I said well cover it under warranty and then

We have a small vineyard with a well and pump installed years ago by Luciani. Not only are they always available to help with our well pump but they go above and beyond even that. We recently built a home on our property and had a horrible experience with the out of area plumber our contractor hired. Luciani came the day we called for help with our brand new lift station. They worked with the manufacturer to solve the problem as much as possible within the warranty. They were patient while trying to sort out the problem and made many trips out to our property. We felt their price was very fair

We just purchased a small vineyard in Healdsburg. Luciani Pump had been servicing the well/pump on the property for many years. I reached out to ask them a few questions in order to start building our home. Bob was incredibly knowledgeable about the property, our well and pump and immediately emailed me all the documentation I needed and then some. In a time when every business is so busy his prompt response was amazing! Thank you so much!

I worked with Bob Plum at Luciani pump for the 28 years that I lived in Healdsburg. All of my experiences were very positive. Bob knew my entire water system by rote--all 3 miles of pipe, a spring system, 3 wells and a pond system. These are the people who will leave their own Christmas dinner table to fix your water system if it fails. I now live 1000 miles north of Healdsburg and I still call Bob for advice and pump and well parts. The community will have a real loss when Bob retires.

My husbands family estate & vineyard has worked with Luciani Pump for over 10 years and could not be happier with the experience. Recently, we moved to a new property in need of major repair including two artesian wells that were over 50 years old. The owner of company came out personally and made assessments, work commenced a few days later and we had brand new pump and well equipment in 1 day. We feel their service is prompt, committed and would never go anywhere else for our well needs.

So when did I need Luciani Pump? For the second time, when I was in over my head dealing with an irrigation problem which led me back to my main water supply. Bob had his technician (Dan) over at my house within 30 minutes, evaluated the job, and had it completed in no time. Can't say enough good things about Luciani Pump.

I can't say enough positive things about Bob and Luciani Pump Co. Our property in Healdsburg has had continual problems with our well and pump system over the past 8-10 years. We are not technically saavy about these things and find the equipment to be very complex. Problems range from power outages causing interruptions to the pumping system to rodents eating through the wires. We also had problems with other companies not installing things properly. In every instance, Luciani's has responded to our every call for assistance. They are always willing to send someone out in a timely
