Professional Home Health Care, Inc. (PHHC) is one of the oldest and largest home health care providers in the state of Colorado. We are a certified home care agency committed to excellence in home care. PHHC was founded in 1977 by Lou Ann Dixon and was principally a housecleaning agency for the elderly residents of Boulder County, Colorado.
Rochelle Walton purchased PHHC in the early 1980s and over the next decade expanded the company by adding additional services, including nursing services. In 1989, Sheryl Bellinger also became an owner of PHHC. She initiated further expansion of the company to other Colorado communities including Denver, Colorado Springs, Longmont and Pueblo.

Worst place ever! On several occassions the pcp never showed up. First I was told that pcps are off on holidays even though the cna came in. Their people fail to show and when I called the office they said they simply didn't have enough staff and could not find anyone to fill in the positions. Very seldom would they call the patient to tell them the help was not arriving. Stood up several times. I also notice a lot of complaints from their former workers. I would never recommend or tell them to entrust their loved ones to this service.

I have worked for Professional for 15 years in many different positions and as with all companies we have our ups and downs. I have to say overall that we have way more ups than downs and that one individual not doing their job well or right does not mean the entire company is that way. We continuously work to improve all aspects of care and delivery of service. I can honestly say that we put in 100% to provide the best quality care possible and that we address concerns promptly and with respect for the client or employee involved from entry level positions all the way up to the president of the

If hoy really need a job dont go over there. There stole you hours. They dont pay you the Training and even the recepcionista-maíd is so rude. They are UN PROFESSIONAL If they make you work 16 hours they paid you 11. They dont pay you the gas of all like you said. But if the company needs stole hours is Fine. Let see what labor said about it.

This company is astonishingly horrible! In relation to it's affiliated sister company (Complete Home Care) which is/ was under the same umbrella as the President- Shelly Bellinger. Both affiliated service providers are horrible.
