My oldest has been attending the Learning zone as After School care for 3 years, and our baby has been here since he was 7 weeks old and he's now 7 months old. We love this place! They work with our summer schedule for my oldest and there's always a spot for him when he comes back for school. The baby is always so happy and well taken care of. I never worry about either of my kiddos while they are in the care of the WONDERFUL Staff at the Learning Zone. We regretfully have to leave this daycare, as we are moving out of Killeen, but I can't praise them enough to everyone I come across looking for

Most of the coworkers are lazy, you see them sitting down most of the time.
My child is toilet train, numerous occasions I he had feces in her underwear for several hours from 800am to 400pm which means someone isn't doing their job.
If you tell the director, they don't correct the problem you get ok that's it.
I think the director and associate director is afraid to talk to their employees.

The only reason I'm giving two stars is because my kid did have good experiences here and made friends and he learned things. He has went for almost a year now.
But I have seen way too much inappropriate behavior and the turnover rate is ridiculously high, even for a military town. One lady used to scream at the kids. She left, but I saw it multiple times. Figured they would see it on camera but apparently they don't care. I had too much faith since everyone seemed so nice.
Don't complain about any of the workers, though. They'll insist you aren't being truthful. Call you a liar. Watched a teacher

Owner prides himself on having ratios within state mandates, but when child safety is brought into question (My daughter was bit on both cheeks hard enough to bruise and scratched on the back) he refuses to make changes to be proactive in preventing accidents. He operates and has his business run on a reactive thinking pattern, so don't expect this facility to prevent disaster before it happens. Owner is also very rude and unprofessional....will talk down to you, interrupt, and have otherwise illogical communication skills.

I worked here for about 1.5 days and it is the most unsafe and unsanitary place for these kids. I know expectations for a day care because I've worked at a couple before this and they put 11 2 year olds to one teacher. If they think that will provide proper attention and care for each kid they are wrong. They don't have a stable diaper changing rotation so some kids go 3 + hours not changed. They don't have a lesson plan so kids just stay in a class room for hours and hours just hanging out with toys until lunch and then again until their parents get them. There is no books for the kids to get

I absolutely love this daycare and the people in it. My son has been going there since he was about 3 months. They are very caring and attentive to my child and all the other kids as well. Ms. Bria, Ms. Sheronika, Ms. Endys, Ms. Sarah, and all the other ladies there are very helpful and very kind. I love them, my son loves them and I wouldnt put him at any other daycare. They are the absolute best!
