My art is collaborative like the improvisation of music. Its creation occurs through a process of my client and me discovering each other. My client becomes both the target audience and the artist. Clients' stylized photo shoots are customized to give them memorable experiences and special images that reflect their beauty, personalities, contours and so much more.

I began my career as a model in the fashion industry in Kyrgyzstan as I'd always had a passion for clothing design. In 1998 I was approached by an event organizer and invited to show my first collection at a national event on Red Square with an audience of thousands.
While continuing to work on my BA in management and economics, designing my line of clothes, and organizing various fashion shows, I opened a modeling and talent agency with two partners.Now I live in Brookline, MA, and have been a professional photographer since 2006 first as a photographic artist working with other professionals, and more recently redefining my "new me" focusing on product photography and portraiture.

Choice of natural/studio lighting and/or outdoor natural lighting (environmental; office). Note: A make-up and hairstylist is available for an additional charge. In most circumstances, we prefer to use a minimal amount of makeup on children but this is an individual choice.

Everything was prepared and the shoot went perfectly for our firm. From the moment we reached out to her, she proved to be an invaluable resource who was willing to answer all of our questions and provide ample resources to help me prepare for the shoot. I have known G for over 3 years now and working with her professional for the past year. I have had many experiences with photographers before and this was my first "glamour" shots experience. I'm not a model and don't really know what to do in front of the camera. G made me feel completely 100% comfortable, and I was surprised at how well she both put me at ease, while also providing instructions of how to look and position myself. She is a perfectionist with her work. She wanted to make sure that we captured the look that I was hoping for, as well as ideas of looks that she thought would work

My pictures were taken in March 2014, this was my first time having a professional photo shoot and Gulnara & Robyn (makeup & hair) were very professional and made me feel comfortable. It was a full 12 hour day but we had a lot of laughs which helped with my nerves in the beginning, and by the time the shoot was done we were joking around like old friends. As a result Gulnara was able to capture some stunning shots and I am very happy with my portraits.

G photographed me and my two boys for a family holiday card. My 7 year old boy cannot sit still for a second but G was extremely patient and creative and we ended up with a beautiful portrait that we will forever treasure.

G photographed me for a creative head shot, and shot family portraits of us and our three young kids. She was extremely creative, patient, accommodating, fun and, most importantly, persistent - in the face of our changing moods, desires, and the weather, she was upbeat and professional.
