Acura Of Maui

These guys are the worst. They ask $5k over MSRP for their cars. Also their used cars are $5k over their declined value. Not very customer friendly. Just looking to rip you off for a quick profit. Stay away if you don't want to lose money.

Was sold a lemon. Ken the service guy ended yelling at my husband. No one has called me back and my car has been in the shop since June. Never again will I buy from here.

I was renting an Acura via Turo, the batter died. Ken Johnson, the service director left his Saturday, gave me a jump, took me back to the dealership and swapped batteries for me. About 30 minutes in total, but awesome customer service and wanted to give him a shoutout

I recently had my brakes repaired at ACURA OF MAUI by KEN JOHNSON and crew. I have never given a review before, but this experience was exceptional, and I felt people should know. KEN was the most professional and efficient person I've seen in the repair business. I was blown away with the new car Ken let me borrow until the next day knowing I didn't have any other way to get to work as my toyota tacoma truck was being repaired. Ken at the service department always goes above and beyond! He gets me in with short notice, gives me a rental car and even delivered my keys that I forgot in the rental! I will continue to purchase future cars with Acura in order to utilize their service department. Super happy customer! Highly recommend

Im giving this place a 5 stars. the rep that was helping my mother out on getting her dream car was DANIEL PAIVA. he is a very understanding rep that stayed with us and help us all the way not only that he went above and beyond to help my mother feel very comfortable in her ACURA. he also went step by step on helping my mother to understand her new car and all the other functions in her vehicle. if anyone in town or want to check out an acura highly go an see DANIEL he very knowledgeable

Upon finding that my 2016 ILX wouldn't start, I contacted Acura of Maui and was able to speak to Robert and Ken. Both we're extremely nice and helpful and Ken Johnson drove up to my house in Makawao to diagnose my car and give me a loaner vehicle. The service department was very quick on repairs, and I was back in my vehicle in no time. Acura of Maui went above and beyond my expectations, and I would Highly recommend them.

Just purchased an RDX and am very happy with my acquisition- great vehicle, features all the bells and whistles, drives whisper quiet, super comfortable.
But what's even more memorable is the service I received from salesmen Steve Canastra, laid back and not at all like the image usually associated with car dealers, he was courteous, honest, and not sleazy at all. Great experience! Thank you.

I found the truck I was looking for at Acura. The price and deal we made was fair. Steve, the salesman, was not pushy nor dismissive but listened to my interests and made the transaction go well. Ken, the service manager, was given a couple of tasks to make the sale final and he made sure he fulfilled those promises. After repairing a mirror on the truck he even dropped the truck at my work. Easy.
I have a kind regard for this dealership, somewhat unusual for me to hold a dealership in great esteem. Go Acura of Maui!

Amazing customer service! I am new to the island and dreading finding a reputable Dealership. I've been burned so many times by other shops that aren't Dealerships. If every Dealership was this good there would be no reason for small shops that charge more, don't have techs that are trained on my RDX. They even offered to do the service my Toyota Truck and my Nissan. Why can't there be more Dealerships like this?

John streckenbein is punk , he don't know how to do business, he shouldn't be in this position. i never see his poor scale of handle customer. too bad if i can put - on this dealer i would . i will reach owner of his boss and want to talk about it.

They intentionally sell cars over MSRP. They don't care about their customers, only about their profits. What comes to mind when you think of a shady car salesmen? Answer, Acura of Maui.

I had a great experience buying my ILX from Acura! They were able to work with my credit, and my salesperson Judina was very helpful and made the experience a very smooth one. I was alone with my toddler and she was such a big help when it came to keeping him distracted! lol. Molly, the finance manager was also very friendly and informative. Everyone at this dealership provided excellent service and made the experience a comfortable one.

The waiting area is very cozy as well, they have a TV and provide a variety of snacks and drinks. I will definitely be returning when I'm ready to upgrade

My husband and I had by far the best experience purchasing a vehicle from Acura of Maui than anywhere else on Maui! All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the no pressure sales environment and fair pricing were much appreciated. I usually buy vehicles through private party transactions so I was worried about feeling rushed at a dealership. I was pleasantly surprised to work with Steve at Acura of Maui. He was extremely pleasant, professional, friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable with him. I looked at and test drove two cars with him over a two day period. He was very patient and I never felt pressured or rushed at any point. I did buy a car and everyone was very friendly and efficient in the process. I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience!

My family was in the market for a used car and we were searching Craigslist and came across a used BMW with low miles. We showed up at Aura Maui to look at it and to our amazement it was exactly as pictured in the ad, unlike some of the other dealers we experienced. The price was fair and we almost bought it until we saw a Hyundai Santa Fe Sport that was only a few years old, had a few scratches and dings, but it only had 15k miles on it.
