Unfair and untrustworthy. They proceeded me and my mother into doing my taxes with them promising that i will receive a big return on my tax return and little did we know they would scam us. They charged us for their unprofessional knowledge of doing their job the correct way to later having them notify us that my documents did not go through so they insisted that they would help us but all they did was waste our time and not pay us back for their poor service..
