LED light therapy delivers light energy in a similar way to how plants absorb light energy from the sun. LED light however emits UV-free, beneficial light energy to the skin. Just like plants, our skin and other body tissues have the ability to absorb light and convert it into energy. Various wavelengths, or colors of light can reduce fine-lines and wrinkles, temporarily increase blood circulation, and treat mild to moderate Acne.
My-Lipo is the latest body shaping system. It's a new and natural way to control body shape using Light Therapy in conjunction with exercise. My-Lipo uses LED light to help naturally slim, shape and tone areas including the waist, hips, thighs and upper arms. Terribly unhappy, looks like among many other people... first requires 3 months to cancel credit card, then have to cancel in person, and before the 10th or they charge your card again. Seriously unreal. You could explain this better, or maybe your a con artist. Clearly people have to read fine print with shady companies like this out there. Sad you can't be up front and honest.

It was really nice being called this morning after cancelling my membership last month and actually have a cancel receipt . “ I could not cancel due to closure of NW location“ The person at the shop actually stated “ I was stupid for not using my membership “ . I informed her it was inconvenient since they have moved to 1 shop now .. I would love a call from the owner ..

I was a member here for many years, even after it had changed ownership several years back. The beds are old and dated, but they did what I needed for the price. Prepare to get the continuous "up-sell" for products and services. Since their lotions were outrageously priced, I bought mine online instead. That is until I was told I could no longer use ANY Australian Gold products in their beds, because they are "mass marketed". Jenni was extremely condescending and rude about it as well, which was even more troubling. I called AG personally and talked with a rep. They said all their indoor tanning

Quality of the beds/bulbs is superb. The burning ray in the low pressure beds take away my elbow/forehead psoriasis after just 2 visits. The downside? Its hours of operation (or lack thereof, rather) are ridiculous. For a city with a population of 110,000+, Sun Place should take paying tanners later than 7:30 PM on a Friday.. LOL

It's not a bad place to tan but try to cancel a membership over the phone. Nope...can't do it. Have to come in to the location. Cancel today? Nope can't cancel today you signed the contract that says it goes from the 10th of the month. I suspect I did do that but I've been a member for several years and haven't used the place in months, auto-paying out of my checking. OK, fine...I'm going to complain to BBB about the "must come in to cancel" requirement. I certainly won't be recommending this place.

Very Knowledgeable staff and clean rooms. I have been conditioning my skin here on and off since 1997. When I moved away for a few years they were very helpful canceling my automatic withdrawal for my membership- All they asked is I stop in to sign a form... I would suggest anyone looking to prepare their skin for a vacation to stop in and learn how to do it safely.

Stay clear of these whackos - what ever you do, DO NOT give them your credit card information!! Trying to talk to the managers is a one-sided conversation and when you try to explain your side of the situation, they hang up on you.
They know NOTHING about customer service. They just lost a client over a 20.00 charge (a client who has paid hundreds of dollars over the years). My bank said they have had a lot of problems with Sunplace, very similar to mine.
I was not able to get the owners name/number - if the owner would have witnessed my experience, they would understand why this place is going
