Brought in my CRV aluminum cans, CRV plastic and scrap glass. Was surprised they did not accept the scrap glass. I have been to another recycling center and brought less aluminum cans and received more for it. I brought a good amount more aluminum cans and got significantly less then what I am used too. Not sure what is going on there... Easy and good service though. You also have to show them your Drivers license, which I thought was a bit strange, never had too so that before...

Incorrect vehicle and VIN recorded on a weight ticket.
Go somewhere else or take your time to verify your vehicle and VIN is correct before driving away. Awful customer service trying to get the error fixed. Called on July 9th, 17th, and 20th and was told each time they would follow up. I didn't receive any calls back and finally got a hold of the owner after I looked up his number on the DOT website. Zero effort to even help me in the slightest.

Horrible place. Tried to rip me off. Had a few pieces of aluminum that had screws in it. They said because of that they were only going to give me 3 cents per pound as opposed to 30 cents. Most of it was clean aluminum. Didn’t even want to go half and half. When I complained Dave Pearson threw a fit and had his employees load up my entire truck and told me if I’m going to get a bad review might as well have a real complaint. So there you go. I’d recommend any other place than this. Terrible customer service.

Take recyclables, get money. Simple. Staff has always been very courteous to me. They start closing the gates early because people will arrive last minute and then take forever to offload their recyclables. Don't be rude and show up last minute and then expect an entire business to stay open late for you. Act like an adult get treated like one. Never had a problem with the way they weigh my stuff.

I travel over 70 miles to come to town. I called at 4:53 to let them know I had arrived in town and was afraid I would be a minute or two late. The woman told me they were already closed. I said ' But it's not 5:00.' She then informed me that they close early regularly and would not let me speak to a supervisor because they had already gone home for the day. Then told me to call the owner tomorrow. Bad business practice all around
