Same day service. I had an emergency and needed a new windshield fast. At first, they were all booked for the day, but believe it or not, they found a way to squeeze me in. I'm super impressed with customer service and the quality of work that was done. I had my windshield broken out in the middle of the night and had to call someone first thing in the AM.

I had a really wonderful experience with AAR. I’m so glad I decided to have them fix the chip in my windshield. They showed up right on time to help me. It seriously only took them about 20 minutes to repair the whole thing. My windshield is now in great shape and the price to repair it was awesome. Thank you for such great customer service. I called AAR to get a quote. It turned out that my windshield needed to be completely replaced but they were super kind about the whole thing. They were able to get me a new one on the same day. I was so impressed AAR. They got my windshield replaced within two days of reaching out. Every other place told me it would take weeks to get the glass I needed in. I was so impressed with these guys. The windshield looks exactly like the original. You would never know that it had been replaced. I would recommend this company to anyone. They do amazing work from start to finish. Their customer service is great as well.

I had a crack in my windshield. Thankfully, a family member had just used AAR so I knew to call them right away. They were able to come right to me and help me before the situation got any worse. They did an amazing job. They were so quick and professional. I am so pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend AAR to anyone. I called to get a quote on replacing my windshield. They were super nice about the whole thing and not only gave me a great price but answered a bunch of questions for me. Their team is so friendly and helpful. They seem to really care about their customers and making sure they get help with the auto glass issues as quickly as possible. It only took about 45 minutes for AAR to completely replace my windshield. What was even better was they came right to me and did the job while I was working. They were so pleasant and easy to work with. I honestly don’t think the whole thing could have been any easier. Their rates were also very affordable. I expected the replacement to be expensive but it was actually very reasonably priced. I will definitely reach out to them again if I ever have a need. I highly recommend them.

I had an incident and needed my back windshield replaced. I didn’t have time to take it into a shop so these guys came to me. They gave me a very reasonable quote and were able to get it replaced super quickly. I am 100% satisfied. I couldn’t be happier as a customer. I will be recommending them to my friends for sure. The service from AAR was absolutely excellent. They had the best prices of any company I called and were willing to quickly take my car and replace my rear windshield. The work was truly impressive. I would definitely have my car serviced by them again. If you need auto glass work of any kind I would suggest calling them first.

They came to my home and repaired my windshield. The price for the work was very reasonable. The technician was so professional and made sure that everything was done perfectly. He was even nice enough to explain the work he did and answer my questions. AAR is so easy to deal with! The phones were occupied when I called to set up an appointment, but I received an iMessage back immediately after I called and scheduled my windshield replacement via text for the following afternoon.
The installer called in advance and arrived to my office parking lot at 12:10, perfectly within my time slot of 12-3pm. The installation only took 30 minutes and the price was much more reasonable than Safelite quoted.
Hopefully I don't get any more windshield cracks before needing an inspection, but if I do I will use AAR!

Dispatcher was difficult to get ahold of and was then very rude and had to have the last word. They scheduled a time through a bot for between 2-5pm promising a warning 20 minutes in advance. I only received a call once I was subjected to the curt nature of the staff and had to put up with negative attitude for making the simple observation.

He got to the house with no trouble. I looked at the truck and tech and was not really impressed. I believe my tech is the brother of Troy? Cannot remember his name, my bad, sorry. I have a Volvo and he went to work, went through it like he had just finished doing 10 S80's. He was very friendly and talked about it as family run business, which I like. I will be calling soon to have the wife's car done.

Initially I thought all would go great. After contacting several different companies I decided to go with AAR Auto glass. I sent an inquiry to get an estimate & was quoted $179, I spoke with Troy & he told me he included the 20% discount that was advertised on the website. The day of my appointment comes around and it was set for Saturday at 8am. Troy told me that he would notify me when a tech was on their way. My Ford was broken into and I called various places to compare prices and this place was $100-$150 cheaper than the dealership or many other companies which made me skeptical at first. But wow, I'm so used to waiting hours and paying an arm and a leg for car work I was surprised by their efficiency. I called the day before and he gave me a quote, offered a coupon I didn't even know they had, and even offered to meet me at my home. It felt like they were really helping me save money. Had AAR install a windshield on an Audi Q5 about a year and 8 months ago. Everything went well and the installer was quick. Fast forward to now and the heavy Houston rains forced water into the passenger side of the car. There was enough water to pool on the floorboards. I tried to find the source of the leak by pouring water all over the car: sunroof was good, doors were good, windshield - not so much. I poured water down the passenger-side of the windshield and the water went directly into the car.
I took the car to the dealership and they stated it was a faulty seal from the windshield

Terrible service!! After I had my car window broken into I had them fix my glass thinking they would do a good job. After the fix, the window they replaced it with leaked and also did not allow my door to shut properly. Also all the broken glass from the break in was never fully cleaned out. I had them come out a second time to fix it, and of course was still left with a door that would not close properly and rattled with shards of glass still inside the door...and still the window leaked and you could hear wind noise as you drove down the highway. I ultimately had to take it to the BMW service

Scheduled a mobile service, tech never showed, nor called to confirm. Spoke with AAR and they said they could not find their tech either. Never received a call to find out why the tech never showed up nor to reschedule. Took a day off to get this done, now I am stuck with an incomplete job. I would not use these folks due to the unprofessional nature.
