Spent over 1k to do my tint on my Tesla Mod3 with this company. A couple of months later I had to replace my back windows. I called to get a price, she quoted me over $400 just for the back window so I setup an appointment. Did some research to find out for the same quality film I can get it half the price. I canceled my appointment, some rude lady called me, when I told her I found a lesser price, she told me she would match it and when I said NO, she didn't even let me finish, she hang-up the phone. The showroom is like a spa!! There is a lot of window tinting places here in Florida but not like this. It looks like one of those places where you would expect to pay so much more but when they told me the total for my truck I was like okay hell yeah sign me up. 2002 Tacoma extended cab. LOL I just wanted to leave a review because I already know it's going to turn out awesome. You got to come check this place out even if you got to go a little out of your way. Don't go to one of those places where they make you sit outside next to a kiosk in the Sun.

Did a Chtome delete and when the car was supposed to be picked up it wasn’t ready. The worst part is that they don’t communicate properly. I took a Lyft to get the car and I was told then it wasn’t ready. They offered a Uber since it would be another day. Picked the car a day later and saw spots bubbling up on the grill. I didn’t like it but I needed my car as I had a planned trip. Did highway driving a day later and the wrap on roof lifted off like paper.I sent a picture of the issue and was told they would get back with me with the schedule of the installer to fix it. First let me say the end result looks very nice.
However, it took 3 trips out there for them to get my tint right. I brought in my factory new Model 3 and left it with them for almost a week. After I paid they fessed up to denting my door trim. I was so frustrated looking at the multiple tint defects (hair, bubbles, and scratches) that I didn't notice the trim before paying.
Ultimately they replaced the damaged trim and redid the tint, but it took well over a month and multiple appointments. The PPF was expertly applied, however I'd recommend getting the full front and not the partial.

The space and everything was perfect. However, the communication piece was horrible. I was told tint would take 2-3 at max, and was told near the 3 hour mark that they ran out of film. Currently at the 4 hour mark.
Only thing I would of hoped for is not apologizing over and over again, but at minimum providing an inconvenience discount to the total invoice or something that shows they are committed to customer service.

I got my car tinted here in December. The waiting area is sooo stunning and clean! I love the coffee table books they have while you wait. It took roughly two hours for my car to be tinted (I did 5 windows) and the lady at the front desk (I forgot her name I'm sorry!) was so lovely. And to top it all off, they let me pick a gift under the Christmas tree! 10/10 service. These are the only photos I got for before and after

I met the people at Window Tint Z first at Cars and Coffee. I was so impressed I decided that I was having them tint my new 2020 Corvette.
I called and made an appointment and the were able to get me in same day. The location is amazing and the quality of the service the provide is second to none.
I would highly suggest when you visit them for all your tint, ceramic, and wrap needs.

Best shop in town, hands down!! They took excellent care of the detailing of my Cadillac SRX as well as an excellent job with the tint! The waiting room was comfortable and clean and the staff is super friendly and accommodating! I really enjoyed learning about all the different products and services available. I had my windows tinted here and I'm so glad I did! Excellent customer service and they finished 3 hours earlier than I expected. This was probably because I got lucky that more than one person was working on my car. They left my car in good condition and the windows weren't cloudy in the expected time frame. I got 15% and they did a great job!

I am very happy with the residential window tinting by Window Tint Z. My house has several large West facing windows that let a lot of the blazing afternoon heat inside. The A/C system struggled to keep our house conformable. I made an appointment with the sales consultant and he suggested several types of tinting to reduce the heat. I had a great experience at Window Tint Z! Angel tinted my windshield for me and did an excellent job. Everyone I talked to was friendly and professional and made this process very easy. I had no idea which type of film to get, so they walked me through all the options and gave me some great recommendations. I ended up going with the "Air 80", and it has really made a difference in this Florida heat. I never felt like I was being pressured into making a decision or spending more money than I wanted to. Their office space is also beautiful, well kept, and comfortable to wait in.

Now, love bugs slide off with no scrubbing...that's right, you read that correctly, no more scrubbing & paint damage from those invaders that hit twice a year!

We came here to get our company logo and some accent pieces on our car wrapped. Not only was all of the staff friendly but they really knew their stuff. She asked me for my email, I said I didn't have one. I have never had another human snort at me, but today I did. After snorting like a horse, she grabbed her laptop, walked over and literally tossed her laptop on the table in front of me, made a comment about all the info was there and she cantered off.
