Wow thanks to yelp we called fc360 this last week to try and get a last minute tax prep appointment. They were fantastic from the start and very accommodating. Louis is a sharp and really friendly guy who clearly has your best interests in mind when you sit down with him. Never felt rushed and he took the time to go over every detail of our tax returns. I went to FC 360 last week to meet with Miguel and Louis to get my taxes done. Upon walking in the door, I was greeted by Cindy and was immediately made to feel at home and cared about. Every single person at the company greeted me and took a genuine interest in getting to know me. I can honestly say that I have never experienced such superb customer service in my life.
I spent about an hour with Miguel and Louis who somehow managed to complete my complicated tax return in about 15 minutes. They even explained each section of the return on a whiteboard in layman's terms.

Louis is incredible. I found him on Yelp and sent him a message, and he got back to me almost instantaneously. There was no hidden fees; he was upfront with costs from the first message he sent me. He was also so gracious after I had to reschedule my appointment. Today I went into his office and every single person there was so friendly. Louis was amazing!!! I'm new to the area so had to find a new place. Pulled this place up on yelp and they had great reviews so I gave them a try. Louis was absolutely great! He is extremely knowledgeable and was walking me through step by step of the entire process and giving me tips and tricks on what to change in order to receive the best return I should be getting. We have been with Louie for a long time and he is a wizard at financial management ... My wife loves him and many of the friends I have referred to him are extremely happy... A short background as to why and how we found Louis FC360. We fired the previous accountant from Bakersfield because the previous accountant was not able to justify the extra hours that he wants to bill us for the S Corp Tax return.

Henry has take over my taxes from one of their consultants whom I trusted with my bookkeeping and taxes for over 20 years. It wasn't easy. My situation is complex in that I own a couple of small businesses but still hold an on-call position as a wage worker.
