Home Health Care is an intermittent service provided in home by health care professionals, who assist clients to improve health status and regain control of their functional independence. Home care professionals work together with clients, physicians and their families to develop, educate and promote the highest possible level of independence and knowledge pertaining to self-care.

The following services are available through KaiZen Home Care, Inc. Covered by most Insurance. The exception is that if you do leave home it is for short periods of time and it requires considerable effort, supportive devices, or the assistance of another person. Have a need for Skilled nursing care, Physical therapy, Occupational therapy or Speech therapy.

The staff that came out to my clients house was incredibly, incredibly rude and definitely left a horrible impression for this company. I understand we all have bad days but the professional thing to do is to leave your issues at home. I’m honestly floored by how rude this woman is. She should not be allowed to work in home care. Honestly if i could give my experience 0 stars, i definitely would.

My family was in need of home health care following our 89 year old’s father’s hospital stay. The hospital automatically arranged for a large agency to work with us. We had no idea that we even had a say in which agency we worked with. Unfortunately, it was a disaster!! I won’t bother with the details, but suffice it to say, we discontinued our involvement with them. I was determined to find a small agency. One that communicated with us and with each other.
