I called asked about a enclosed trailer. I drove up there to my surprise the lot was empty maybe 5-10 trailers. I was very fortunate to find a decent trailer. Simple in, simple paperwork, perfect for my needs. Katie maybe sales, I think her name was at the desk was very easy to talk to. Didn't push me into something. I appreciate them. Also recommended a lower and adjustable hitch. Which I gladly took there recommendation. Which I grabbed right away.

I initially purchased too large a trailer for the space it fit on our property, so I took it back and traded it in for a single axle one ton dump. Best investment I ever made. Good guys.

Bought a 16 foot cargo trailer from them. They took a deposit and information over the phone. I came in and signed all the documents that were already filled out. The whole process took a matter of minutes. It took about two weeks to get my plates mailed to me. This was the easiest and most efficient trailer buying experience that I have had.

Both a knock on this company and the Trailer Manufacturer (EAGLE) - I bought in late December and when it was overdue, they never called. I would call them - get a BS response and that timeline would pass without update. Rinse repeat.
When I finally received it, it was not finished for delivery and the gate hinge pins provided were damaged. They said they would order replacements. When they called to let me know my license plate arrived, they knew nothing about their promise to replace the pins. Screw it - 1/2" hardware works too.

Was looking for a trailer and they were our 4th stop. They had what we needed in stock. Along with all our hitch parts. We got a new truck and needed a new hitch. They were kind upfront with the costs and very helpful.

Unfortunately not the place to do business with. No trailer or warranty repairs to be done here ever.
I was shopping for an enclosed trailer, went here initially and his lack of care and inventory made me go somewhere else.
Got a enclosed trailer as a mobile shop for my handyman business from Olympic trailer in Olympia. I got it home and after a more carefully inspection, noticed they sold me a brand new trailer that had rust in many places, the under coat was partially applied same to the interior.
I talked to manufacturer and under warranty they where willing to fix it.

Be careful, they'll waste your time. I called to make sure a model was in stock and I drove 1.4 hours to Signal. The price was slightly above my budget (document fee, etc.) and was told the price was negotiable. However, I would need to talk to the owner and come back the following week. I was ready to buy then and did not want to drive another round trip of almost three hours so I left. What a waste of my time!

They repaired my dump trailer and it works but after looking at the wiring job and repairs made I’m not so happy with the result. I feel they could’ve spent more time making the wire so it would last after about five months it is falling apart and trailer brakes are not working. I was able to repair the wiring myself and used marine grade connectors and everything is better now. They just need to do a little quick more quality job and it would last why not spend the extra couple minutes to do it the right way

Bought my first 16' trailer there...no issues (2007). Bought my second 16' trailer here (2016)...with in 30 days my right back trailer brake kept locking up. I was able to get it unstuck by backing the trailer up. Took it in to have it fixed since I had JUST purchased it there. They charged me 53.00 to "fix" the brakes (all they did was loosen them). Well, they don't lock up anymore...fact is, they don't work AT ALL! I am now looking for another trailer (2018) will NEVER go back this place! I too wish there was a no star category.

After spending an hour with the friendly salesman, who gave us the various pricing we settled on the trailer we wanted to buy. We had been prepared for the price after seeing their listings on Craigslist and what he was saying was consistent with those listed prices. When my husband went inside to finalize paperwork the guy looks at a paper and says he was wrong and the trailer is actually $200 more than he had quoted but said he could knock off $100... Leaving the price still $100 more than expected, and more than we wanted to pay. Such a waste of time. We were ready to purchase.
