Vin was professional and very patient. We were unsure about exactly what we wanted in our kitchen extension project and Vin answered any questions that we had. He is knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We have seen some of Vin's projects and the workmanship is excellent and so are his reviews. If we decide to proceed with our project we will definitely use Preferred Remodeling & Construction.

We just used the team to have tile floors removed , install hard wood floors, paint the entire down stair, install new doors, counter top and LED lights. Vin and his team do great work, easy to work with quality product for a reasonable price. Already planning our next job with them. This company is a class act all around.

We worked with Preferred Remodeling to transform our slippery 90’s nightmare bathroom into a functional, beautiful space for our family - and we had an amazing experience.
