The staff (and management) at this facility are top notch and take amazing care of our mother who has been there a few years now - they care about the residents and give us a peace of mind that someone we love dearly is in good hands - so appreciative of them all!!

My uncle recommended this community and I was very disappointed and outraged. My first communication was with Chris, the owner, who informed me that they had a memory care facility and that they could accommodate my mom. He was very knowledgeable, kind and considerate. I explained to him that her finances were limited, but we would be able to pay privately for about 8 years. To which he informed me that the community was certified by the State and that they accepted Medicaid. I set up an interview with the nurse for my mom. It was a 40 minute phone conversation. After the interview, the manager

I worked there , worst place EVER!!! they leave residents in there own feceses bc they don't want to take care of them, they allowed a resident to pick lint out his pocket and eat it and when I told my boss about it she said it was no big deal bc as she put it... He's got dementia it's normal. The place is beautiful but the staff is horrible... There are some staff tho who do care but others who are there for the pay check and it's sad. Don't let these people claim they care bc they really don't trust me...

I am saddened by the above review which is truly inappropriate.
Our Mom has been at The Terrace for 3 years after being diagnosed with Alzheimers.  This disease takes a toll on the person as well as the family.
The Staff and Administrators worked with us in the most difficult times. They even advocated for Mom when necessary. Mom receives excellent care.
She refers to the Terrace as her home where she is safe and happy with all her friends. The Terrace has many activities that are geared to the various residents. It is bright, beautiful and well maintained.
I have much appreciation and gratitude

My mom moved into the Terrace approximately three weeks ago. Throughout the entire transition the staff were very helpful and professional. As this can be a stressful and difficult time mom and I were both grateful for the concern and caring nature of the help and direction we were given. Unfortunatly a problem arised with another resident the first couple of days. However ...once my concern was received ....Administration delt with it immediatly and professionally resulting in the problem being solved.
The meals are excellent. Activities are planned and vary weekly. Although my mom was hesitant

Horrible! Unkind, untrustworthy administration! Don't believe a word they say- bring a tape recorder- don't take their word. Cold and clammy receptionist. Sales pitch administrator!
