Over the years, I feel La Fontaine was more concerned with selling procedures rather than finding out what the client really needed. I spent A LOT of money on cool sculpting because that was recommended to me. When I was not satisfied with the results and decided to go with Lipo, I got a written quote for the procedure and decided to go ahead. After the procedure I was told they did more than what was quoted so they asked that I help make up the difference. During my follow up, Dr. O said I should have not done cool sculpting but lipo instead and he also made a remark that I got quite the deal

What’s not to love about Dr Ken! I was apprehensive to get injectables because I didn’t want to look plastic or like I had them. He has done an amazing job for me. I look a few years younger and. It one of my friends noticed I had done anything. I look and feel great! Thanks Dr Ken and your awesome staff!

I have been to La Fontaine before and had a great experience. The doctors are very welcoming. My results (body contouring) were great. This review is for the front staff. I recently called to schedule a consult because I had a separate procedure with another doctor and I do not like the outcome. I had a revision and it made it worse and I needed a second opinion of a reputable doctor. The person who answered the phone seemed to not understand anything I was saying and told the doctor I needed something removed from my body. Which is 100% untrue. There is nothing in my body that is foreign. She

I can’t rave enough about LaFontaine, Dr. Ken, and his amazing staff! I was a bit hesitant at first when even considering liposuction but after a great consultation with Dr. Ken and what I think was a very reasonable price, I decided to go for it. I am so glad I did! Not only is his staff incredible (so kind and welcoming, not to mention always found appointments very fast and conveniently for me) but Dr. Ken takes his time to answer questions honestly, reassure you, and does a fantastic job! Truly above and beyond service. 10/10 definitely recommend!

I have never walked out of La Fontaine office feeling less than amazing. Starting with a warm greeting when I walk in the door, I always feel like family. During every step in the process you know that you are in good hands. Dr. Ken and staff take time to explain procedures, option, and side effects without the added pressure of purchasing unnecessary services. Unlike other doctors I have seen in the past, Dr. Ken is honest and knowledgeable, and I wouldn't trust anyone else. My beautiful skin thanks you for it!
