I found my passion protecting people from the unexpected. Now I serve as a State Farm Agent in Fort Bragg, California and the surrounding areas including Caspar, Mendocino, Albion, Comptche and Westport. My office offers everything from auto insurance, homeowners insurance, renter's insurance, and life insurance to commercial business insurance and banking products.
My Northern California community is incredibly important to me, and I'm proud to give back through service groups and local nonprofits. When I'm not in the office, you can usually find me walking on the Glass Beach Trail or hiking in the Russian Gulch State Park. I've been in the insurance industry since 1988, and with State Farm since 2003.

Over the past year, I have had the pleasure of working with Carol Millsap for my in-laws trust. They had been a customer of State Farm Insurance for 30+ years. Carol has been instrumental in making this difficult time an easier transition. So much so, we decided to move all of our insurance policies over to State Farm and into Carol's capable hands. Carol freaking ROCKS!!!!! She was really able to help me in my time of need, especially with the fires going on everywhere. I was able to get a package deal with my vehicles and my home, and I absolutely love the price. She doesn't try to sell you on anything, she just informs you on ehat sort of things you can do to save money. Honestly a great experience. 10/10!

I moved from Sacramento to Fort Bragg a few months ago and I needed another office. A few of my friends told me that Carol was AMAZING and very easy to work with. I was honestly pretty skeptical at first, but these last few months of doing business with her has been great. She's the best on the area (imo.)

Carol is the best! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my money. She truly cares about her clients and makes sure to give options that are relevant and does not suggest things that are not. She is the most thoughtful financial advisor and insurance agent I have ever met. She is warm and friendly and does not make me feel judged or like a number as I have with other agents. I would recommend Carol and her staff to anyone who truly cares about getting the most for your money and working with an agency that will be there for you for life!
