Last year I purchased a pack of 2 facials for $299. Last week I went in to receive my second one. When I left they told me the second one I purchased was no longer in existence and they couldn’t even see I bought it. After charging me another $200 they tried to for a membership on me on top of everything. After spending a total of $500 for 2 just okay facials I will never be back. Highly recommend going to Docere down the street. Save yourself the money and much better quality and staff.

However I got a very strange call from the office manager after I flagged that I was talked into using a different product even though there was currently a buy 1, get one 50% off promotion on what I had originally requested (I was unaware).
I felt that this was a significant discount that I should have been made aware of when making the decision (this cost me at least $400!).
The office manager called to try to get me to say, without a doubt, that this product/ pricing switch was not intentional (how am I supposed to know?!) and said perhaps they

I started going to Vio initially for Botox. Now, Botox, chemical peels, and micro needling are my go to treatments. Love them all. Recently I invested in Coolscultping treatments with Stephanie to get rid of stubborn belly fat. Oh. My. God. I look in the mirror every day and think it’s a mirage. I am absolutely in love with this place. From the second my fiancé and I walked in, every single person was so sweet and accommodating. Made not only me but my fiancé feel so welcome. I have been meaning to write this review for some time now. I just want to say that since I started going to VIO Med Spa well over a year ago my skin has really been just glowing. I joined the VIP program last December after going to Olivia at at Ohio City Med Spa. She was working at both locations and I decided I needed to go wherever she goes. She is extremely knowledgeable and has helped me get the right products for my skin and got me on a skincare routine that works for me! Nurse Ashley also is amazing and has helped me achieve exactly what I want. She is so patient and kind. EVERYONE there
