This is the second pediatric dentist we have visited and we plan to continue to take our children here. The environment is very kid friendly and the staff is fantastic, compassionate, and understanding. The hygienist allowed my son to see all the tools and explained what she was doing. She also praised him the whole way through which my son really responds well to!

The dentist visits are always good for the kiddos. Dr Hanna ensures my daughters braces are good to go and Dr. Alex ensures the kids understand how and why to floss and brush their teeth. This office schedules appointments on your behalf then will charge you if you do not cancel the appointment prior to 48 hours before it, then the receptionist is rude and hangs up on you when you question the practice.
Staff was kind to my children when they visited but I'll find an office that isn't doing this kind of money grab.

Our first time at Palm Valley in Surprise and we absolutely love it here! Check in was easy and we did not wait long at all. The office is super clean and everyone is super friendly. Dr. Lisa is absolutely awesome! She is so patient and kind. The best experience we've had at a pediatric dentist, ever! I highly recommend bringing your children here for a positive dental visit experience!

This was my daughters first dental appointment and our first visit at this office. The staff was wonderful and made my daughter feel comfortable and safe. They were very patient and made the dentist fun. The office is so fun and appealing to the kids. Will definitely make this our go to pediatric dentist.

Unfortunately we had to find a new dentist due to our previous not accepting our insurance. The lobby was clean enough and front office staff was friendly. The hygienist seemed rushed and didn't explain a thing she was doing in my son's mouth. She flossed very aggressively while he said "ow!" The entire time. Her response to that after he said it about 5 times was "well it won't hurt so bad if you floss". He's 7! She sprayed in his mouth aggressively and gave him no warning it was happening. This is where a fear of the dentist is formed! I took my daughter

This is one of those situations where I very much wish there were a zero star option. My daughter unfortunately has always needed a lot of work done. The horrific experience and pain that she endured while having an infected tooth pulled and not being numbed all the way will always be a memory but I just want to write a word of caution to other parents who may have kids with needs beyond a typical cleaning or filling. Stay far away from this place. They are *nice* and the establishment is pretty and fun. It is an inviting place. But the way they rush through treatment is absolutely so far below

Very happy with our experience at PVPD Goodyear. Staff was patient and friendly. Dentist was patient, gentle, knowledgeable, and made both my kids and myself feel comfortable. The dentist sang to my daughter while giving the lidocaine injection. <3 A potentially stressful and painful procedure went so soothly. I appreciate ALL of the staff that work there. Thank you!

I would recommend this dentist place for your kids they are friendly and welcoming here. It is kid friendly in so many ways they have ipads and games for the waiting area for the kids. The rooms are super cute and the service is fast, they also have TV's in the rooms as well. I don't think I have been here for more than 1 hour seriously !!!! Awesome staff.

We have been to a couple other dentist before finding Palm Valley Dentistry. I wish we had found them sooner. They are excellent with my kids. My youngest has some sensory issues and fear and they are so patient with her. They only do work that has to be done. The staff is excellent and engaging. You feel like a friend of there's while you are there.

We love Palm Valley Dentistry. This place is very clean and nice. Kids have iPad to play on in the lobby and movies to watch. Parents can get coffee while waiting and staff is always pleasant. The dentist is amazing, makes kiddos feel welcomed and comfortable. This is the only place my kid hasnt complained about pain of having her fillings fixed. Would recommend Palm Valley to everyone.

Be aware of front desk snakes, print out initial cost to do the work after free consultation and when you schedule to do the work and charge you totally different charge. Obviously higher than the initial quote with lot of BS excuse. We won't be back for dental office nickle and dime to you death.....

We were previously going to Gentle Dental & the dental hygienist was super rough with my daughters so I decided it was time to switch to a pediatric dentist. They love the office! They really make it fun for the kids with an award for no cavities & a fun spin the wheel after the treatment to pick a toy! Very happy with Palm Valley!
