We met Tyler on a day trip to the Leavenworth area while doing a cursory look at some homes in 2018. We met several brokers that day but we knew that Tyler would be our guy going forward if we ever got serious about buying a place in the area. Aside from being knowledgeable and confident about real estate in the area, we really appreciated his easy to relate to communication style and upbeat attitude. I worked with Tyler to sell an older home and he came through in every way possible. Always available for calls, solid understanding of the market, and willing to roll up his sleeves and get dirty. He even crawled under my house with me to fix/clean up some fallen insulation before inspection. Not may agents would do that. I highly recommend!

Tyler helped me to find an undeveloped property in the Chelan County area. He is reliable, sensible, transparent, courteous, has a nice self-effacing sense of humor, he's knowledgeable and well connected within the area, and he also possesses some nice grounding ethics and moral values. He is an excellent negotiator... by the time we identified the property we wanted... he was able to knock over 45 percent off of the original listed price. We were interested in selling our home and by some stroke of luck found Tyler! His professionalism, honesty, creativity, communication and hard work for us was amazing. Every step of the way, and with every unique situation that arose, his experience was obvious. We could have not been more pleased with him or more delighted with the outcome.
