After retiring from the military, I worked DOD contracts for several years, but wanted to spend more time with my family, so I decided to find something that didn't require traveling. In 2017 I started a home repair business and ended up working with several Realtors which led me into Home Inspections.
In early 2018 I completed the required training and received my North Carolina Home Inspectors License. My experience in the Military plays well into home inspecting because the same attention to detail is required to perform a thorough inspection. Todd was a professional from the word go. He arrived 15 minutes early to the inspection. He answered every question I could think of to ask both professionally and in simple terms. As this is my first home buying experience it was nice to know that I had Todd and T&L Home Inspection LLC on my side! I would definitely recommend this company for any one looking to buy a home.

How please we are with T&L Home Inspection, LLC. We are buying a home while in Ohio to relocate to NC. We know NO ONE. And Todd Hardin came recommended by the listing agent. We placed blind leap of faith in this company and we were not disappointed. The inspection report came back the same day and it was probably the most easily understood report I have ever read. It was in terms that if I can understand, everyone can understand. It outlined the areas that needed the most attention first, and worked backwards which helped prioritize what we needed to look at first.

Having worked with Todd for years I knew ahead of time that my experience with his inspection would be great.
