Unlike conventional medicine, which focuses on attempting to treat disease once it occurs, Beard Chiropractic Family Wellness Clinic emphasizes improving your health in an effort to reduce the risk of pain and illness in the first place. Most people would rather be healthy and avoid illness, if they could.
I am a second career chiropractor. I worked for many years as a cabinetmaker and carpenter. I have three marvelous children, Shanti, Isaiah, and Alicia, that have grown up and left the nest to experience this wonderful thing we call life on their own terms. Twenty nine years ago I was divorced and went through what many people would consider a mid-life crisis.
We understand that arriving at a doctors office for the first time can be nerve racking. Filling out paperwork, learning new faces and names, and getting to know your way around the office can be an overwhelming experience. That's why at Beard Chiropractic Family Wellness Clinic our aim is to remove any stress or causing unnecessary tension and to make you feel comfortable.
Chiropractic care is like building a house: certain things have to happen in a particular order in order for everything to stand strong and work correctly. When building a house, if you tried to put up your walls before you had a solid foundation, your walls would be weak and eventually collapse. If you tried to put on your roof before the walls were ready, you would run into the same problem.
Upon entering our office, our receptionist will welcome you as a member of our family. We will request that you complete our patient forms located in the New Patient Center. This paperwork provides us with your health history and information on your condition, along with information about your lifestyle and the goals you have for your health.

I highly recommend this clinic for chiropractic services. I have been going to another clinic for over a year (going 3 times a week)never got relief from my back pain. I decided to go here. What a difference!!! By my 3rd time being there my pain was gone in my upper back and very light in my lower back. Not only are the services here great but the staff is amazing!! They are very professional, treat you as a person and really listen to you. My son is now going here and really likes it here as well!! So if you want great service this is the place to go!

I saw Joann first thing in the morning to get work done on my sciatic nerve and she helped my pain immensely!! I later saw Danny in the afternoon for adjustments with my out of wack pregnancy hips! I cannot thank these two enough. They have been life savers. It seems as if they’re the duo I’ve been looking for my whole life! I highly recommend them!!
