We are a small private practice located at the OLV-Brierwood Medical Center in Hamburg, NY, serving the Southtowns. Unlike some clinics, where you see someone different each visit, we feel it is very important to develop a one-on-one relationship with you to maintain continuity of care. You will be evaluated by one of our licensed and highly trained physical therapists and he/she will also treat you during subsequent visits.
The Gym area (with state-of-the-art equipment) offers a comfortable environment for therapeutic exercise, confident that you can go at your own pace, with your physical therapist always nearby. Our aim is to create an experience for each patient focused on an individualized treatment approach that works best for YOU, all in a comfortable, motivating environment.

Services
Brierwood Physical Therapy is a small private practice owned by a physical therapist. We provide a flexible schedule to accommodate early and late appointment needs, and can often get you started within one day of calling. We offer private treatment space, multiple plinth tables for manual, hands-on care, and state of the art exercise equipment that will facilitate your treatment program.
Brierwood Physical Therapy participates with most insurance carriers, including Medicare and Medicaid, and as a courtesy to our patients, will bill your insurance for Physical Therapy services that you have received. Most insurance plans, but not all, require the patient to pay a coinsurance or co-payment.
