Gibbs Pharmacy started in 1989 by Owner and Lead Pharmacist, Jim Gibbs. Byron Pirtle and Jim became business partners in 1997. Together, Jim and Byron have successfully created a small town Pharmacy with "Big City" technology. At Gibbs Pharmacy, it is about the entire patient, from prevention to overall wellness.
An estimated 50 percent or more of medications for chronic conditions, such as high cholesterol and diabetes, are not taken as prescribed. Medication non-adherence can lead to worsening health conditions, hospitalizations and death. Whatever the reason is for medication non-adherence, we have a solution for you.
Medication therapy management, otherwise known as MTM, is a term used for a program to help you manage your medications and health conditions. Do you want to know how best to take your medications to get the most from your medications?. Would you like to have a complete list of the medications you take for your personal use?.
As a long-term care pharmacy (LTCP), we provide medications and consultant pharmacy services to long-term care facilities such as nursing homes. As a LTCP, we provide continuous access to a pharmacist as well as offer emergency delivery of medication. Our main focus is to ensure that patients have access to their medication therapies in a timely manner.
Gibbs Pharmacy is proud to offer compounding services to each patient. The compounding of medication includes formulation of prescriptions from raw ingredients into dosages or dosage forms that are not commercially available. Since these prescriptions require more time and expertise, we do request extra time to fill these individualized prescriptions.

This pharmacy purportedly received some sort of award for best of Lebanon. There must only be one pharmacy in Lebanon, or perhaps they meant Lebanon, the COUNTRY.
Specifically, I have for the last several WEEKS, tried to get a single prescription filled. I long ago gave up on their other services. So far, I have received 4 different, wildly conflicting, stories as to why it has not been filled. I used this pharmacy because I was told (by them) that they were the only pharmacy that could fill this particular prescription for me for less than $2,500.00. Not true (surprise!)

I called the automated line a week and a half ago fir a compound refill, it stated I was out of refills and would contact my doctor for additional refills. In the meantime I was making do with other remedies while I waited. And waited. I happened to be at the doctor’s office yesterday and asked why my refill had not been approved. No one from Gibbs had ever attempted to request the refill. She sends it immediately, I get a text confirmation that it’s been sent as well. Best pharmacy that I have found. They seriously care about people. My nebulizer stopped working, so I carrying mine to them in a panic, I can't breath without my breathing treatments, they replaced it right on the spot, no questions asked. They didn't have to do that, they could of had me send it back to the manufacturer and wait on one to come back. The pharmacist I spoke to said she could tell I was having breathing problems without my treatments. I just want to thank everyone at Gibbs pharmacy. Ya are AWESOME...

Gibbs pharmacy is the absolute best!! I love the all the staff they go to great lengths to ensure my medication's are perfect. I get a phone call every month to go over my refills. Also I get all medications for a month with out having to make multiple trips. I used to be with a big chain, when Gibbs came into my medical family I said where has this awesome pharmacy been all this time. I highley recommend Gibbs A+++

I really cannot see why they have bad reviews. I found the turn around to be very quick, prices very reasonable and the staff always kind, patient and polite. I have used several times for medication for my pets and have yet to find one thing to complain about. I plan on using this pharmacy for all future medication scripts.

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. This was my home town pharmacy for over 10 years and they have slowly declined to one of the worst businesses in town. The employees are slow and judgmental and treat patients horribly. I wouldn't even buy Tylenol from them. They completely lack in customer service, common etiquette and have no "bedside manner". Do not waste your time or money on these people. Go somewhere where they treat people with decency and respect.

Recently moved to the area and was looking for a small business pharmacy. I prefer to support small business whenever possible. However, this pharmacy is a disgrace to all small businesses.
