Absolutely would recommend. They take excellent care of my grandmother. She is not the easiest person to deal with and has gone through 3 different services. EPHC is attentive understanding and PATIENT. The office staff is always available and responsive. If there is an emergency or problem they are always quick to help and get her the care she needs. I wouldn't have anyone else help take care of my loved ones.

I would not recommend this company for personal care services. They hire friends and relatives who aren't necessarily qualified to be caregivers. I had a sore that got worse because of untrained personnel who didn't know what they were doing and shifts left without staff. They had lots of excuses When asked why they didn't have staff. When they did hire trained people they didn't last long and would quit. Do your research before you hire Elite Personal Home Care.

My grandmother needed help, daily help, just to get around and get through her day. Elite was the only company that was able to offer reasonable rates and provide exceptional service on daily bases. Couldn’t have asked for anything more from them. Easy to work with, great prices, phenomenal service!
