Services
Using a Bondsmen, you will only have to pay 10% of the full amount of the bond for a State Charge. Another option is paying the entire bond at the Jail with cash or cashiers check. Federal bonds are 15%. An Indemnitor is the cosigner or the responsible party. The cosigner could be a friend or relative who is legally obligated to pay the entire amount of the bond if the defendant misses court and is not in custody within the 60 day period.
All you have to do is call the office and make an appointment to do what is called a walk-thru. A short application form is done at our office and one of our Bond Agents will escort you to the jail to clear your warrant. A court date will be issued for your court appearance that day. Yes! It is that easy.
It's mandatory to be fully processed for all felony warrants. We make it as fast as possible but it could still take anywhere from 6 to 8 hours to complete the process. Call the office with the name and date of birth or a case number of the defendant and we will check the status of the warrant. We have full access to the clerk of court and the sheriff department warrant's systems.
