I order 2 tires Michelin for $400 on Jan 11th and had them delivered to the only installer on my area on their website called Pep Boy shop. I had an appointment on the 22nd of Jan . they could not find my tires. they have no system and NO NAME on any tires. Priority tires should not have this installer on their website. i spoke to priority tires support who told me to deal with it and send me a proof of delivery so not their problem guys if you want to keep customer don't make them do your job....very poor service on both side.so here i am with no ore and none of them will take responsibility.

Ordered 4 tires on 12/8/21 at 12:28 pm. I called to verify which warehouse these would be shipped from and was told approx. 2-3 days. with that I rushed online to complete my order by 1 pm so tires would be shipped that day as per priority tires website. Unfortunately, priority tire did not ship until the next day 12/9/2021. I receive an update telling me my tires are scheduled for delivery 12/16/21 Which exceeds the 1-5 day delivery that made my decision to order from them. On 12/14/2021 I receive a text from shipper saying the tires will be delivered 12/15/21 so I call the installer to alert

BUYER BEWARE! I had originally ordered 4 Armstrong Blu-Trac PC Flex tires through their eBay store. I received shipping confirmation, but after 5 days, the package didn’t ship. No email notification - NOTHING! I called and was informed the set of tires were out of stock. A representative told me the Eco Waterfalls were a good tire in winter and I’d be happy with them. I trusted the reps opinion. The tires arrived 3 days later to a local Firestone shop I trust. They informed me they were NOT a good Winter tire and I was lied to by Priority Tire. At this point, they were on the car so I was stuck

I bought 4 tires they only shipped 3 they refused to make me whole. They blamed FedEx. But FedEx is not responsible for their poor shipping practices. The customer service is terrible.They will steel your money and tell you tough luck. Do not trust this scummy company.

Company sold Out of Round tires to me. Poor return process. These are the stuffs they request from you before returning a tire :
- Sidewall of the tire, with the Brand/Model of the tire being visible, each faulty tire
- Defect on the tire, each faulty tire (if visible)
- Complete DOT Code (ending in a 4 digit number), each faulty tire
- Barcode Number, (can be found on the bead of the tire), each faulty tire
- Production Serial Number (on the inside of the tire, in the middle of the tread), each faulty tire
- Measurement of the Remaining Tread Depth in 32'' of an inch, each faulty tire
IMPORTANT

Ordered tires on Thursday 10/21, sent a shipping confirmation on Friday 10/22. No updates over weekend, fed ex tracking number invalid. Called on 10/26, sat on hold for 17 mins, told they were never shipped. Told they were defected, the entire shipment of this tire/brand, find that hard to believe. Sounds like they didn’t have them in stock and didn’t want to own up to it. Terrible customer service, terrible policy of not informing the customer, will be buying from competitor instead. Lesson learned about Priority Tire.

Received my tires today. I was a little skeptical about ordering tires from them after seeing some reviews mostly saying they are used tires or very old tires, I checked my date code on the tire's and it was manufactured 3rd week of 2021. So they are brand new. Customer service is really nice/professional when I called them to ask about my tracking number and got an e-mail right away with the information he apologized that something must of went wrong and did not get the update, I can tell they care about their customers. I am not one for buying tires online let alone from a company I've never
