We offer our own Signature Sandwiches, which we are happy to customize any way you like, or we can make a sandwich of entirely your own creation. We serve breakfast until 2:00pm (subject to change on holidays). Our egg sandwiches are particularly popular and always cooked fresh when ordered. We have a wide selection of imported German foodstuffs and beers, including some of our favorite German cookbooks.

Dave has been involved in the family business ever since he tried collecting a 25-cent parking fee at his parents store when he was five years old.

Responsibilities include taking orders and following through with customers start to finish, and maintaining high standards including cleanliness.

We have always been a caterer as well as a delicatessen, but most people don't think "deli" when they have an event to cater. We thought a tasting would be an excellent way to let our customers know that we do cater, by giving them the opportunity to sample some of our dishes, since most of our catered food is not generally offered on the counter.
Frank and I were very pleased with the German fare you provided for Frank's 80th birthday celebration. The food was good and plentiful. Our friends are still raving about it. We will be down to pick up some meats and salads to share with our friends and family. Please accept my heartfelt thanks for your kindness and generosity to the tenants at Martin Luther Terrace Apartments.

Edelweiss was recommended by my Uncle and they didn't disappoint! We live about 40 minutes west of Kings Park but it was well worth the trip. Their food was spectacular!!! We requests that they cater a large menu of German food and every dish was excellent. Even the cold Cucumber Salad was awesome. Who thought you could make cucumber salad so special and so good. The hot dishes were authentic and so tasty. Thank you so much, Edelweiss, for making my fathers 90th birthday so well received :)

Excellent Delicatessen! I've been going here since they opened and love the food. The quality is consistently superb. My side favorite is the cucumber salad. It's amazing how they have been able to keep providing such wonderful service even during the most trying of times. Thank you to all the staff and the owners!

Food is great customer service is another thing... I’ve placed multiple orders mainly there - because they leave phone off hook all morning long ( unheard of of other local businesses) then find you wait ( I have once again multiple times) 30+ minutes when others walk in after and leave way before... sandwiches wet from foil wrap ( actually steam themselves) I always ask for paper for that reason.... toasted bread -eh unless you say well done don’t count on it ... and biggest thing no social distancing here.... people 2 ft apart most times....

I live in Montauk and drive there on Friday after work to pickup my order. It is over 160 miles round trip and it is well worth it for me! Their food is off the charts good! Their fried flounder on Fridays is amazing! Tartar sauce, cole slaw, German potato salad, meat cakes are incredible! A nice bunch of friendly people to boot! Keep up the great work guys!
