A: Rent is due in full on the 1st of every month and is considered late if paid after the 5th. A: During our normal business hours you are welcome to come by and pick up a copy of your keys, however if it is after hours or on a weekend, you will need to make other arrangements. A: We are closed on the weekends, but we do continue to check our messages.
