Sunshine offers a complete Program of Fertilizing Services & Weed Control Services. Bill would be the guy to talk with on what your concerns are on your lawn and what it needs. Bill likes to tackle the pesky weeds. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to weeds and if he doesn't know something he is sure quick to find out.

We offer a full Lawn Mowing Maintenance program with maintaining your property weekly or every other week. To ensure the best look we suggest going every week. If mowing weekly is not in your budget, we can custom tailor your program to fit your budgeting needs. We have route areas that we follow for different days of the week.
Sprinkler Systems make for cleaner yards with no hoses to lug around. There are no worries on "if" we get rain and watering is more evenly distributed on your lawn. We also have a no dry spot or to wet of an area guarantee on systems we design and install. Tim is our Irrigation Specialist. Tim works in Irrigation Installations, Expansions, along with Maintenance of your system to ensure its working properly.
