Well ,, my first experience at Marshalltown eye care associates was horrible, I don't want to give a poor review on the eye doctor ( she was great )
Now the other staff, Treated me horrible, so very disrespectful towards me I walked out. The make staff there told me they didn't want my business. The argument was about what my insurance would pay for. Later I received a phone call from the doctor there wanting to hear me on the incident. She asked me to co.e back for more testing and said she would follow up on the incident , I agreed to see her. Bottom line is , if I was treated in that manner

Everyone was friendly and helpful. I was there for an emergent problem and saw Dr. Edwards, whom I had not seen before. He was friendly, professional, and thorough, and he explained everything to me carefully. I brought up a concern about these environment, and he was glad to know about it and said he would take care of it immediately. I have had similar experiences with Dr. Chadderdon, my regular doctor, and Dr. Feldman, who saw me earlier this year for another emergent problem.

Setup my first eye exam since junior high. Appointment setup was easy and convenient. Sally was amazing and took care of the preliminary tests and procedures before meeting the doctor. Dr. Feldman was amazing as well. She was very informative and explained things at a level that lay people can understand. Thanks for the super service and I will continue to go for my future vision needs!!
