I've used Shauna at her former Kirkland location for years and she is the best. I'd had permanent make up done at another salon in Redmond for years before that and there they barely used numbing cream and only once each procedure. Nothing at Shauna's hurts because she uses numbing cream with each swipe-numerous times. Painless and top results. Love her! And results always get compliments-brows and eyeliner top and bottom.
