Do not even consider choosing this company. Lost my items, then they said they found them, but they don't want to ship it seperately. Were trying to work it out somehow with them, but it is almost impossible to do that, because they NEVER pick up the phone or respond to emails.

They destroyed an art piece by poorly packaging it with 1/4” foam. I offered to pay more for more packaging to be extra careful but they told me doesn’t need it what a lie. I bought insurance and they are not honoring the insurance claim they will not contact or respond to UPS which UPS did the shipping Daks Global did the terrible packaging. They answered my phone call one time and told me that they’ll handle it that was over 6 months ago. I called three times a week no response I write 3 to 4 emails a week for the last five months no response. I contact UPS. UPS says that they are not responding

DAKS has been PAID IN FULL to deliver 21 - TWENTY ONE - purchases from top auction houses, including Christies, Sotheby's, Wright, Stair, Rago, etc for the past year (since March 2020) and has not delivered anything to me nor do they reply to my calls and emails. These are significant purchases totaling over $100,000 and I have now engaged an attorney to remedy this situation for me.

I wished I googled DAKS Global before I trusted them with my business. Unfortunately, I followed the recommendation by Donny Malone Auction house as they list them as preferred shipping vendor. They are the worst shipper ever! They got paid to ship 3 items from me from Donny Malone Auction house. I paid their invoice immediately. It has been almost a month and I did not get my items. They don't answer phone calls ( 20 phone calls) or respond to emails ( over 10 unanswered emails) . Very unprofessional. I do recommend to stay away from them at any cost.

I bought a vintage item at an auction and the auction house recommended DAKS Global. The item was delivered damaged and the broken part was completely missing in the box. The broken part was shipped separately, so the item can be fixed. This does not take away that DAKS Global shipped a broken vintage item, which is one of a kind and not easy to replace, plus the value will decrease when broken.
DAKS suggested reimbursement of the cost to fix the item (which is a bottle of adhesive or glue). This is a nice gesture, but it doesn't compensate for the the fact that I paid for for good quality and

Excellent company! They treated my antique piece like a baby. They carefully over-wrapped it to ensure that it would not break. The customer service was very nice and professional and the price beat that of the competitor's by half. I will most definitely be using them if I decide to participate in future auctions. Most definitely recommend!

Awaiting a quote for a delivery of items that are being stored at their facility, since the second week of September. I have been unable to make a successful call to them since the end of September and nobody has returned any of my calls. I have left multiple voicemails and have not been able to get a follow up on that quote. The items have been paid for by the client, and the client is becoming very impatient. I am writing this review in the hope that someone will contact me about my shipment.

I have now worked with this company twice over two years. Once I needed to pick up things in person they had moved from an auction house to their facility. I worked with Aaron and he was incredibly friendly and helpful. The second time I needed a variety of things shipped from an auction house, including a pair of very expensive 19th century mirrors. Again, I worked with Aaron. The packaging was exceptional and the price was competitive. They are very helpful, friendly and truly know how to pack antiques. A very beautiful and fragile tea chest was packaged in custom injected foam so that it was
