I would give them 0 stars if I could. Being charged $100 late fee, when driver delivered the load on time. After sending them picture of the ELD and showing driver arrived on time ... Very very rude people

The ladies in the office is the only reason they are still in business. One of the owners, Ivan Rosenfield, VERY unprofessional and VERY rude. All of these reviews on here hit the nail on the head. Never had an issue with the other owner, Jeffery Rosenfield, but I do see from some research that the Apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. Do not waste your time with this company. PLENTY of other freight and plenty of pleasant brokers.

These guys will change address right down the street to avoid bad reviews. They have one page at 1.1 with 65 people rating and this one at 1.0 with 8 ratings. Here is 9 ratings and an extra 1 for being shady and trying to make everyone else look shady.

They are shady. Sent rate confirmation with no information on shipper or receiver. Said they wouldn’t until i was empty. Which was late the day before. Once i realized that receiver was Known by many and with many negative reviews regarding the way they treat drivers and the length of time it takes to unload i asked if they would pay detention. They said no. So i kindly told them i would pass. After that they became very unprofessional and extremely rude regarding my decision to pass on the load and avoid finding myself in a situation of waiting numerous hours at a delivery. They didn’t like

There are very few times times I will write a review unless well deserved.
They are extremely rude and very shady in their business practices. Hopefully bad brokers like these guys will just go out of business simple by the lack of customer service.

Book a load with this brokers for 1800$ we do a carrier packet. After 30 minutes they call us and tell that we can do the load but for 1500$ because 1800$ is too high. We said ok let's do it. And again they email us that actually they want to be at 1425$. Avoid this company!

BEWARE!!! Avoid this company even tho you are desperate, never ever book a load with them even tho there is only their load on the board in radius 200miles. AVOID!!!! They pay cheap but their attitude is just worse. Harassing dispatcher, threatening dispatchers to kill, cursing and swearing like they have mental problem. AVOID THIS COMPANY, AVOID, AVOID!!!
