Dr. Lyos did lipo and j-plasma on my arms and abdomen. I am only three weeks out and am amazed with the results! I have had smart lipo performed by another physician in the past and the difference in my results with Dr. Lyos is AMAZING! The physician's skill makes all the difference! I had the Best Experience Today!!! I have to start by saying that I rarely write reviews, but I went in today for Juvederm for my Nasal Labial Folds & Botox for my crows feet and between my brows. When I walked in, I was greeted by a warm staff and Perrier. :-) (The last time I was here in November, there was an event going on and I walked into a waiting room full of Champagne,chocolate covered strawberries, finger sandwiches & pastries!) I've had two procedures with Dr Lyos now and anticipate 1-2 more. He's always been very professional, listens to what I have to say, and produces great results! Customer service was very unsatisfying. I made an appointment to meet with Dr. Carolina and was told she was not in when I arrived for my appointment. My total wait time was a total of almost 2 hours. Some of the ladies behind the desk were unprofessional talking about their private lives. Nevertheless, the doctor was very nice and knowledgeable.
