I've been wanting to get a massage for awhile now and I've been to some great places and some not so great places. SKINOVA is definitely on the top of my list. They are quick to get you taken care and ask where your trouble areas are. They greet you and offer you a drink right when you walk in the door no matter how busy they. Sonia did a wonderful job and I feel more relaxed than I have in awhile. Just in time for the holidays! Highly recommend.

I happened on the pulsd voucher and got both services offered. It was so well worth it. As someone with eczema and very sensitive skin , I was happy to see the caliber of products used. The office is very clean and relaxing. My technicians were very professional and used great products for my sensitive skin. Made another appointment right after my massage. Will definitely recommend to my family and friends.

Erica the spa manager is very professional and premissable and without a doubt accommodating. Lilly the massage therapist very kind and through and great masaage will absolutely be back already booked for two more sessions. The office is so clean and very shaby chic.

I just don’t understand. I paid $260 to get my husbands teeth whitened. Supposedly 8-10 shades lighter. He came home with the same shade. He was a 9 in the scale of whiter (1) and yellow (11). They did accommodate our appointment. But I just don’t understand where did the results go. I have pictures of him before and after. I wish they could take him in to make sure we get what we paid for. I don’t care if he sat in that chair for 1 1/2 hours if there are no results.

I’m so happy I found Skinova Medspa! It has been an amazing experience and I’ve seen HUGE results from my laser hair removal sessions. In the first couple of sessions, I was already seeing results, which made me very happy. The entire staff is truly amazing and helpful. They’re always willing to help me out with any issues or questions I have. Thelma is also an amazing laser technician. If you want results, she’s your girl! TOTALLY RECOMMEND!

I was looking for fillers and a good place to go. I came across Skinova on groupon and they had a great deal for restylane. My whole experience was great, from check in to the procedure. Ana and Irma were great I had a lot of questions and they made me feel very comfortable and answered everything honestly. They could have easily advised me to purchase a bunch of other stuff however they gave their honest option on what would look best for me. I was not being rushed out like I have been at other places for Botox. I thought I needed an additional syringe of restylane however since my wrinkles were

Really really happy with their services! I was late and unlike other places, Nina kept going as long her next client didn’t show up. The place is beautiful and has a very soothing atmosphere. Nina did a great job. My skins feels absolutely great. She is also very knowledgeable and has already given me few tips for my skin. The front desk representative is really nice. Overall definitely a 5 star! :)

I came here because I was about to buy a Groupon but decided against it after speaking with Ana who was able to honor the Groupon price at the office. My experience was five star! I've been visiting Skinova at least once a month for about 6-7 months now and it's been such a lovely experience. I come for deep tissue massages and they have three masseuses that frankly, all are so good I don't mind whoever I get since they all are fantastic and focus on all the areas you advise them to. In fact, the spa itself is great with customer service and feedback. After my first visit, they called to check on my experience and I told them all was great but would have preferred a way to indicate what areas to focus on during the service. Came on a Saturday using classpass credits. The building is easy to find, but keep in mind the entrance on 44th st is closed outside of working hours. Take an elevator up a floor (because stairs are hard to find) and you'll find the suite pretty easily. The front doors are very very unassuming but when you walk in, about 50lbs of strss flies away.
I was greeting immediately when walking in by the gentleman at the front desk, filled out a quick form and a preference sheet and sat down to wait. The ambience in the waiting room is perfect, it's lovely.
