Services
Your home is supposed to be your castle; the place that you can go to just get away from the outside world for a little while and relax. But when you arrive home from a long day of work, are you happy to see your property when it first comes into view? Does your landscape enhance the first impression your property gives off, or does it just remind you that more needs to be done to make your house into a home?
Mulching: the name sounds silly, but it's actually a beneficial and important treatment for your plants. Essentially, it's the process of covering your soil with organic materials to promote growth and nutrient processing. It's an efficient, effective, and eco-friendly way to improve the condition of your soil and get your plants healthy and happy.
Pulverized topsoil is ran through a pulverizer for easy workability and is most commonly put down before seed, sod, and plants. The benefit of pulverized topsoil is that our screener removals all of the clods of clay type material and removal all debris over 3/4 thick. Since Torpedo Sand is simple and course and drains well it is great to use to backfill and for a sub-base.

My front lawn is very large and would be an overwhelming task for myself. Schollmeyer Landscaping made the process so easy, estimate and apt was done quickly, they were here on time and the work way exceeded my expectations. The landscapers listened carefully to what needed to be done and worked very hard and the results show it. I'm getting lots of compliments how park like everything looks, good curb appeal and wouldn't hesitate to refer this company to anyone.

Corey came out and met with me on time to provide an estimate for a job involving putting in a front patio, some new sod, removing a bush, leveling some pavers in my back patio and burying some downspouts. That's where the 2 stars comes from. I never got the estimate. Complete disregard for the customer's time. This was for a pretty good sized job. Corey he would get an estimate to me within 2 days, 3 at the latest. I asked when they would be able to begin the job if I went with Schollmeyer. I was told they were about 1 month out, which was not a problem. After 5 days passed with no estimate. I

Cory and the team over at Schollmeyer did an amazing job on our patio and yard! The entire team was very responsive and easy to work with. Alex the office manager was always very responsive to our emails and Cory came out multiple times to our house while the work was being completed to check up on things. We had a brand new brick paver patio installed, new sod, plantings, mulch, etc. It was a big job and they completed everything within two days and did not cut corners. Their pricing was also very competitive as my wife and I got multiple quotes from other landscaping companies before we went

My Elementary daughter lays better sod.
Apparently they are in business due to large construction contracts, and their work is sub-par.
They pushed recently repaired sprinkler heads into the ground laying topsoil.
They messed up the grading to the drain in the yard, and laid up to 12" deep of topsoil in spots. So when it rains, you get a standing water sod waterbed - sinking in 6" when you walk.
There was no care in the height of the topsoil, which they laid to the top of the curbing. The sod roots are above the curb and driveway.
The cuts were horrible, leaving 6-8" gaps, and square edges

Cory Schollmeyer is great to deal with. first experience was to have our driveway re-done with new gravel. Out of three landscaper's estimates Schollmeyer's price was reasonable not ridiculous and Cory was on time and provided an estimate quickly. Work was done in a timely manner and very well done, very happy with the appearance now of our driveway and how much the new driveway has enhanced the curb appeal of our home. We've gotten compliments from everyone!
Had the Schollmeyer team back to do the gravel around our pole building foundation and again price was reasonable, work was done well and
