Our facility was recently relocated to 903 Hwy 51 S. in Covington, TN and updated to provide our students with an awesome and safe training experience.

We understand the difficulties of scheduling with a family so we offer training for the entire crew. Our advance classes cover everything from advanced taekwondo to mixed martial arts, krav maga, & BJJ.
