I made a appointment for 08/16/2021 to have my 2021 Nissan Sentra windows tinted. First thing I LOVE is Customer Service Rep call to confirm 2 days before the appt. All my questions were answered at that time. The day of my appointment my husband called me from work to cancel due to the rain, which was annoying b/c I really need my windows tinted, TIRED OF MY VEHICLE LOOKING LIKE A FISHBOWL Lol anyways I called to cancel and the owner explained that b/c of the rain is the best time to get service. I highly recommend Tint Authority to anyone considering adding tint to their vehicle. Ronnie and his team were very helpful and knowledgeable. After the tint was applied, he walked me around the vehicle to check every window and make sure there were no mistakes. That was much appreciated as I would've done the same thing once I got home anyway.
They place a sticker on your power window buttons to remind you not to roll down the windows while the tint is curing which is helpful. My only recommendation would be using a sticker with plastic backing for easier removal. Otherwise, they were great and
