We started Harvester Co. out of necessity, but it quickly became our passion. Our sister company Travel Agent Apparel had a need for the perfect T-shirt, and we soon found that countless other businesses were suffering the very same dilemma. We searched the world over for a men's and women's t-shirt that fit well, came in the same colors, worked for water based screen printing, and was made in the USA.
A tall order? We didn't think so, at first. 9 times out of 10 a men's shirt was 100% cotton, and the women's "companion style" was a blend of cotton and polyester, or spandex, or a variety of other synthetic fibers. This is a major problem if you are trying to offer the same printed design on a t-shirt for men and women using water based inks.
