The staff makes you feel like you are part of their "buisness family" and a very professional. You are made aware of the services every step of the way with your animal's visit. I am very happy with Dr. Hagen's services for all three of my animals. He truly does a wonderful job and has always helped with any emergency services we have had as well. Making sure the staff and himself are available after hours . They all go above and beyond with care, services, and compassion. I cannot say enough good things about Town & Country đ„ đ±đ¶

I witnessed him on a Facebook post bash a customer and be extremely unprofessional. The customer had stated a legit concern about an experience they had encountered at another veterinary office. The customer had stated legit concerns about how rude the front of the house was. If you go to their reviews a lot of people state that. Thatâs neither here nor there. The way Dr Hagan responded was totally unprofessional. Makes me question the professionalism iâd receive at his clinic.
