Michaelson created our certified public accounting firm following 20 years of accounting experience serving a wide variety of industries.
Bill Michaelson has provided accounting services for over 30 years throughout the country and internationally. He is a graduate of the University of Miami and a Certified Public Accountant in Florida and Tennessee.

In addition to extensive experience in accounting and auditing with the Big Six firm Deloitte Touche & Co. and a large regional firm, Bill has successfully developed expertise in litigation support, forensic accounting and fraud detection, including serving as an expert witness in court proceedings.

As CPAs, we possess expertise in a wide range of accounting, financial, statistical, forensic auditing and economic matters, including providing expert witness testimony.
